GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Our Commitment 

Dream Racing is committed to delivering world-class motorsport experiences that are safe,memorable, and professionally operated. Our aim is to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable day at the  circuit. These Terms & Conditions ensure transparency and help avoid misunderstandings. 

2. Bookings & Voucher Validity 

To redeem a Dream Racing voucher or confirm your experience date, please contact our bookings  team at +971 (0) 52 738 9354 or booking@dreamracingdubai.com. Each voucher displays a validity  period; the experience must be booked and completed within this period. If the voucher expires before  use, it will lapse and all paid amounts become non-refundable. Extensions may be granted subject to  an additional fee and availability. 

3. Your Commitment (Booking Confirmation) 

Once your date is confirmed, Dream Racing allocates vehicles, instructors, track time, and staff. If you cancel after booking, all payments are forfeited. A gift voucher is a binding purchase and cannot be canceled due to a change of mind. 

4. Changes of Plan 

After booking confirmation, the experience date cannot be postponed. You may move your booking to an earlier date if availability permits. If you cannot attend, a replacement participant may take your place if they meet all requirements and authorization is provided before signing-on. 

5. Cancellation Cover 

Gift vouchers may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not been redeemed. After 14 days, vouchers become non-refundable. 

6. Weather & Cancellation by Dream Racing 

Experiences depend on track and vehicle availability, operational conditions, and weather. Dream Racing may cancel or delay an event for safety or operational reasons. If canceled, you will be offered a new date at no extra cost. Dream Racing is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses. 

7. Safety First 

Motorsport is inherently high-risk. All participants accept this risk. Attendance at the safety briefing is mandatory. Alcohol or drug use before or during the event is strictly prohibited. Helmets are mandatory. Dream Racing may refuse participation if safety instructions are not followed or if unsafe behavior is observed. 

8. Driver Requirements 

Recommended weight: under 110kg. Height range: 152 cm to 185 cm. A valid driving licence is required. Participants with certain medical conditions (including pregnancy, epilepsy, serious heart issues) cannot take part. A waiver and medical declaration must be signed on the day. 

9. Experience Descriptions & Duration 

Experiences take place at Dubai Autodrome, Yas Marina Circuit, or other specified venues. Vehicles and activities may vary depending on operational needs. Duration is approximate and may include waiting periods.

10. Insurance 

Dream Racing carries public liability and third-party insurance. Personal accident insurance is not  included and is the responsibility of the participant. 

11. Damage to Vehicles 

If a participant drives recklessly or deliberately damages a vehicle, they are responsible for repair costs beyond normal wear and tear. Additional excess may apply for drivers under 21 or those holding a racing licence.

13. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law and any disputes fall under UAE jurisdiction.
